Arrange your care in China with more coordinated support. Platinum combines remote guidance with hospital and examination coordination, medical interpretation, accompanied visits and a longer Sanya wellness retreat.

  Daily health questions, initial report interpretation and guidance on where to seek care. Not an emergency service.

  Planning for hospitals, departments, specialists, examinations and admission, based on your needs.
• Digital health record & archiving — 1 person per membership year
  Archiving of medical history, examination results, imaging and service records for future visits and follow-up.
• Medical-record organization & translation — 1 per membership year
  One service per membership year.
• Remote specialist consultation — 1 per membership year
  Remote assessment by a specialist from a Chinese Grade III, Class A hospital, or a professional team. Suggested session: 15–30 minutes.
• Treatment plan & cost estimate — 2 per membership year
  Estimated pathway, timing and cost range based on available records. Final charges are set by the hospital.
• Sanya wellness retreat — 7 days, 6 nights per membership year
  One-bedroom suite at the Sanya General Hospital wellness center, with three meals and all on-site TCM services. A companion may join.
• Sanya TCM health assessment — 1 per membership year
  TCM constitution identification and basic health assessment. Examination items depend on the institution.
• Multidisciplinary consultation — 1 per membership year
  For cases requiring input from several specialties, including oncology, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular conditions, and complex surgery.
• Private airport pickup — 1 per membership year
  Airport-to-hotel transfer in a GL8 vehicle.
• Medical interpretation — 10 hours per membership year
  10 cumulative hours per year, accounted for by the hour.
• 3A-hospital appointment coordination — 2 per membership year
  Hospital, department and specialist matching. Appointments depend on hospital availability.
• Expedited examination coordination — 2 per membership year
  Coordination for CT, MRI, ultrasound, endoscopy and other examinations. Examination fees and special consumables are paid separately.
• VIP medical accompaniment — 2 visits per membership year · ≤4h each
  Outpatient visits, examinations, admission or discharge. Up to 4 hours per visit; overtime costs extra.
• Accident insurance — 60 days per membership year
  Subject to insurer underwriting, age, nationality, occupation, exclusions and policy terms.
• Remote follow-up — 2 per membership year
  Follow-up on recovery, reports, medication and subsequent care plans after service completion.

The Sanya retreat allowance shown above is the total for this plan each membership year; it is not added to the stays offered by lower tiers.

Service support and timing

• Complex-service preparation — 3–5 working days
  Time to prepare complex China-inbound services; separate from the general client-service response target.
• Client-service response target — ≤30 minutes
  Client-service response target; not a guaranteed specialist appointment or clinical response time.

Membership terms and separate charges

• Membership is valid for 12 months from activation. Services are available once 30 days have elapsed from activation. One membership per person; non-transferable.
• Hospital registration, examinations, treatment, surgery, admission, medicines, consumables and third-party fees are paid separately unless explicitly included. Membership covers the listed service benefits, not the cost of medical treatment.
• Appointments and ward access depend on hospital resources. Accident insurance is subject to insurer approval and policy terms. Final arrangements follow your agreement and the medical institution’s charges.
