11. How does METAVERTU use 5G?
To set up 5G, simply follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your device's Settings and locate "Mobile Network," "Mobile Data," or "5G Network Mode Selection." Change the mode from automatic to SA+NSA mode.
2. If your phone uses dual SIM cards, deactivate 5G for the card that's not actively using data.
3. After completing the first two steps, briefly enable and disable airplane mode, or alternatively, power off and restart your device.

4. What is METAVERTU’s return and exchange policy?
We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange (the phone must be inactive and not registered), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

6. How to activate the butler service, and what is the term and renewal of the butler service?
If you wish to access our concierge service, please get in touch with us, and we will provide you with an activation code to enable this service on your mobile phone. Upon activation, you'll enjoy a free one-year concierge service. Should you choose to extend this service beyond the initial year, a fee of $3,000 will be applicable.
7. How to import old mobile phone data into meta phone?
If you were using Android system before, you can use the following path: Tools--Phone Switch, find an application called Phone Switch on the METAVERTU phone, you can transfer data on the application.If you were using an IOS system before, you can download the ZAPYA software for data transfer.
8. How to switch between web3 and ios systems?
Find the “META SPACE” software on the homepage of your mobile phone and click to switch.
9. How to connect VERTU watch and METAVERTU?
1. Charge and activate the watch.
2. Download the app on your mobile device: Android users, scan the QR code below. iOS users, search "VERTU WATCH" in your app store.
3. After the APP is downloaded and installed successfully, turn on the Bluetooth of your phone and move it close to the watch.
a. Open the settings on the watch side - QR code. In the APP device interface, click the "scan icon" in the upper right corner to scan the QR code on the watch side to bind.
b. Click the "Device" button on the APP device interface and search for "VERTU WATCH" to bind.
10. How long does it take for METAVERTU mobile phone to update the system?

About Maintenance
1. How long is the warranty service provided by VERTU?
We offer a 1-year warranty (does not cover the broken screen) and will give you free repairs if there are any quality issues that aren't the result of intentional damage.
2. What are the conditions of maintenance?
As long as it is a genuine VERTU mobile phone, most of them can be repaired by contacting us, you need to provide: the model number of the mobile phone, the time of purchase, pictures of the fault and other information.
3. How do I apply for repairs?
You have an item that needs to be repaired, please contact us and we'll give you an idea of whether or not it can be repaired, as well as the time and cost of the repair, depending on the condition of your mobile phone.

5. What are the costs I have to bear to apply for repairs?
The free one-year warranty service does not cover the broken screen. You have a choice between two shipping options if you want to send your phone in for repair:
1. Contact the carrier yourself to return the package: you will need to pay $1200, which covers the cost of the repairs and the logistics costs we send to you.
2. For door-to-door pick up service: making a total fee of $1500, which covers all maintenance and logistics costs.
6. Will I be responsible for the return postage to have my phone repaired?
If the mobile phone is in use due to the mobile phone itself affects the use of the problem, in the one-year warranty period we bear the repair and round-trip logistics costs; if it is man-made damage, or more than the warranty period, we will no longer bear the repair and logistics costs.
