The founder and chief executive of afinancial technology business co-ownedby JPMorgan has begun legal proceed.ings against the Wall Street bank overwhat he claims are tactics to suppresshis company’s growth.
Haris Karonis, who founded Greekpayments company Viva Wallet in2000, said jPMorgan is trying to drivedown the valuation of his business byblocking its entry into the US and newEuropean markets, according to legaldocuments seen bythe Financial Times.
