SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At VERTU, if you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, please Contact Us directly, and we will offer you solutions according to your case.

We have a 7-day return policy.To be eligible for a return (the phone must be inactive and not registered), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: If there are software and hardware problems after activation within 7 days, please contact customer service to solve them.

 

DELIVERY PROCESS & ORDER STATUS

Processing time typically takes between 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES  &  ORDER ADDRESS ERROR

As part of our commitment to providing a seamless shopping experience to our valued customers, we are pleased to offer free shipping（UPS or FedEx） for all orders.

Please note that we also offer an optional expedited shipping service(DHL) for orders. This service typically delivers the product(s) within5-7 business days after the shipment’s dispatch. The cost for this service is $99 and can be selected instead of standard shipping.

Delivery to Europe: 7 to 15 working days
Delivery to Asia: 6 to 12 working days
Delivery to Oceania: 8 to 15 working days
Delivery to Africa: 9 to 15 working days
