PRODUCT CARE

We use sapphire and ceramics because they are exceptionally tough materials; however they’re also brittle and can be scratched by harder materials or objects. They may also be damaged if dropped. We recommend the following:

• Avoid contact with other hard materials, such as: diamond jewellery, nail files, abrasives, and mineral crystals.
• Do not drop or knock your Vertu on hard surfaces.
• Ensure your Vertu is not repeatedly rubbed against hard surfaces.
